DELIVERY:

1. Delivery information:

- MERCI® accepts home delivery nationwide.

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a status update email with delivery details along with a tracking number to track the delivery status. You can click the link in the email to check your order status.

2. Delivery fee and delivery time:

- Shipping fees will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.

- Delivery time from 2 to 5 working days, delivery time from 15:00 (PM) to 22:00 (PM).

- In case of force majeure affecting the goods or delivery time, we will notify customers and coordinate with the shipping unit to process the order as soon as possible.

REFUNDS:

1. Products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged for a new product when the following conditions are met:

- Returns can only be made within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase stated on the purchase receipt

- The original product and purchase receipt need to be returned

- The exchanged product must be new, unwashed, in its original packaging, with all price labels, product labels and other labels (if any).

2. (Refund) Products without manufacturing defects will not be returned and refunded

3. (Location) Products can only be exchanged at stores where they were previously purchased

- For products purchased online, customers can exchange via express delivery service by sending back the information and address we provide.

- In case the customer changes due to your reasons, please pay all return costs and shipping costs for new products.

4. (Exchanged products) Can only be exchanged for another product of equal price or higher price than the original purchase price (if the customer pays a higher price, the customer must pay the difference).

5. MERCI VIETNAM does not accept returns on products without manufacturing defects if one of the following occurs:

- The product was purchased more than 7 days ago.

- The product does not have the original purchase invoice.

- The product has been washed or repaired.

- The product does not have complete price labels, product labels and other labels.

- Products sold during discount promotions have no return policy.

MERCI VIETNAM reserves the right to make final decisions regarding exchanges, returns and modifications to this Policy at any time without notice.
